As some of you may or may not know, current Unreal Engine physics are done using the Karma engine. However, it was announced a while back that the guys at Epic have decided to use a new engine - Novodex. While this may be old news, a visitor to our forums, Corran, pointed to this site, where you can get info on the company and it's technology. Even cooler, however, is the demos section where you can get a beta demo that shows off the latest and greatest physics in the industry. You can test it with everything from breaking limbs to dropping cows. Now imagine it paired with the Unreal 3 Engine. And please, pick your jaws up off the ground - it's not very becoming of you. |
