Can anyone help me, i got the SE of UT2k4 but i need to know where is the maya software that comes with unreal tournament 2004. |

huh? are you confuzed or am i, there isnt maya software. thats software to create 3D stuff right? i dont belive you get that... |

 I thought that a new version of Maya came with the game too.
It came with UT2003 and I thought that it was mentioned in some threads somewhere that a different version was coming out with UT2004.
Well, I'll install tonight and check. I kinda liked Maya when I tried it before but didn't get to do much in it. Nice program for creating Static Meshes and stuff. And free. |

After a bit of quick investigating it looks like you will download Maya PLE from a website and register using some kind of code, maybe from UT2004 or something. I'ts apparently not on the DVDs/CDs.
Do a search for Maya PLE and should come right up. |

Well they said that Maya will be available in unreal tournament 2004. But it looks like they forgot to add it in.
"Along with the usual assortment of mapping tools, a special version of Maya Personal Learning Edition is being bundled with UT 2004: instead of the usual "crippled" version, this edition will be fully functional ... as long as you're using your models for UT. "

Sorry about everything guys. i found the maya software...
i got the SE so the Maya software is in the INSTALL cd....and the folder by the name of CD 6
If im not mistaken i think if u check the 6th cd of unreal tournament normal edition, it will be available in the folder by the name of EXTRAS. The setup file is in that folder.....
Its good nothing was left out  |

i hate CD version.. dont got tutorials.. got to search for maya,.. damn this CDs!! |

Ah, yeah, I remember. IT's a different version than the PLE. Cool. I want to check out the modding tools more but first have to play lots of UT.
I finally took the Drive out of my DVD player and hooked it into the computer so I could load UT2004. I love them cheap Apex players!! |
