Mutant!

Anyone play that one yet? I tried it out with insta-gib the other day and was pleasantly surprised! I haven't played too many rounds lately cause of actual life and also I'm trying to fit some editing tutorials in somehow.

I loaded up a map so that my friend could play while he was at work (upgrading servers with a few minutes to sit around and wait for stuff to load, so his boss and he loaded up UT2004 to play a few rounds. I have a feeling the server upgrade took all day!!).

I like the lady who says, 'Bottom feeder!" I was playing one of the 1-on-1 maps so it was nice and tight with constant action. Good way to tweak the reflexes.

I bet it would be good with NW, and I like that the bottom feeder can kill too cause another friend is always at the bottom. He needs to play more!!

Mmhmm, Mutant can be fun. I just wish there were more Last Man Standing servers... (or any, for that matter. Frickin' Onslaught hogging all the servers)

yeah... played mutant for a while in UT2k3... quite enjoyable but I've never liked free for all gametypes so much... like strategic teamplay

i like teamplay much more, mutant in 2003 was fun but it could be better havent tested it in 2004

yeah, you hate it so muhc to! 1000 ONS servers, 0 last man standing.. i relay like that, its like DM with a cooler price as a winner.
and theres to little InstaGib.

also in 2k3 there was a server wich had insta minigun, invasion. the minigun shot iinstagib beams, and the mode was invasion, that was sweet!
nice cool open map, desert with a island, and everyone was 1 big team killing the monsters. realy cool.

i agree, to less IG and game types that are less populair like mutant/invasion/last man standing

I had started a server for my friend, but soon had to go away and when I came back and re-started the server, i fogot that I had set it for internet use and lo and behold someone joined in! Damn near won the match too!! I finally got a good streak and finished numbee one.

Would have been ashamed if Mr. 130 Ping beat me!!

yeah, i agree. tho i think you need some other game for teamplay. dont got for Americas army, its cool, its free, its Unreal engine. but not muhc teamplay.. "Theres no I in Team" well there is in that game Confused

i like teamplay to, thats why i like assault and onslaught, and BR and CTF to.

wait for next patch, that will rock!
stryker vehicle, alot of new special forces maps, and alot of other cool stuff!
also UT2004 is very good to Smile

but let me know if you gonna play, id like to give some backuup while you get kiled Razz
