Psyonix, the creators of Onslaught have released the basic C++ source for various parts of the Onslaught game type. Props to Psyonix Designs for giving the community their work, which you can download off their site through the Onslaught tab. This will undoubtedly help out the MOD community to add/spin-off of the Onslaught game type.
