IGN.com has an interview with Tribes: Vengeance producer Chris Mahnken. Their appears to be a very evolutionary development in Tribes. If you have not seen it yet Irrational is adding a new vehicle designed to give the "Lone Cowboy" of the group transport across the eye tearing landscapes found in Vengeance. The vehicle is called the "SkyPony" and is a singel person vehicle. Their currently playing with the idea of giving the Pony a loadout consisting of dual chain guns, but they may give people the option of arming it with rockets as well. I feel the Unreal battle-field is severely lacking with out a vehicle of this character. I'm sad to see the Unreal series be eclipsed by such an obvious evolutionary step. |
