New UT2003 Software Audio Fix View next topic View previous topic  Unreal Ops Forum Index » Unreal Ops News Comments Author Message Admin Site Admin Joined: 17 May 2003 Posts: 0 Posted: Fri Jul 18, 2003 1:19 pm A big thanks to Esso for pointing this o­ne out to me.  I had a chance to test it out this morning and it works great.  However this o­nly helps those of you (like myself) that use Software Audio.  This fix doesn't apply for EAX cards.  I personally use the ALC 650 audio chip from Realtek on my Abit KD7 motherboard.  The 6.1 sound it produces matches up with my Altec Lansing speakers.  I have mirrored a local copy of the file for everyone to download.
