A follow up to the article we featured a month ago. A Washington state judge tossed out a generic ban on video game sales.

Now I think overall this is definitely a good decision. I really think some of the laws need to be rethought. Should a 10-year old be able to play Postal? Hell no! Should he be able to play Simpson games? Definitely. What do you think? |
