Well after staying up half the night working on a cover letter for my resume, an hour of extra sleep might seem a welcome experience, right? Nope, I'm even more tired than I was before, and thats after 3 cups of coffee. I wonder if coffee would kill me if i put it through an IV.... Well I'll let you know how that goes.

Anyone ever play Airsoft? I just got a new "gun" yesterday. A perfect replica of a MP5, balanced and detailed like the real one. Complete with scope, silencer, stock, flashlight, 1000 rounds and 5 clips. all for 60 bucks! I'm going out tomorrow to test it out... Anyone wanna volunteer to be a target?

Maybe you just want me to get to the news....

When I was in college my friends and I would stay up all night, most nights until the sun came up, signaling it was time for bed. After 6 months it started to ware on me. But I have heard its good to dim the lights a couple hours before you want to sleep, this helps with shutting down your body for sleep. I now have changed my habits and wake up around 8:45 am and try to hit the sack around 1:00 - 2:00 am. Although there are studies that say 8 hrs of sleep is standard. But evertime I sleep that long, I am more tired. I'm normally at 5-7 hrs. I guess it depends alot on who you are as a person also. Weight is a factor, and how much you work. Also what you eat. I'm not an expert. Search for some good sites if your really interested.

Thanks ENocK>>>

Very Happy
