Well i was looking through my PCGamer from last month looking for a new keyboard (hoping they would have a review, which they didn't) but what i did find was something better:

Saitek's First keyboard, and it looks/operates/feels sweet! I went to Best Buy looking for a power inverter (dont ask... one of my more stupid projects) and just for kicks I decided to take a look for the keyboard. Long story short I found it for $45.99 4 bucks cheaper than what newegg lists it for. I bought it and I am typing this to you now from it. Take a look at it, and sometime in the near future I will post a review for all you guys taking it through its paces in UT2k4, and other games! (even some doom if I buy it... man the backlight will come in handy then!) |

awsome, but whats the backlight? is it llike a LED under the keys, so in the spaces between the keys there light?
and that thing on the right, is that the mouse?
whats so GAMER about it? looks normal.. |

hmmm the side piece looks interesting to use. id like to demo it before purchasing though

the backlit is a led around the edges of the keys and the letters themselvs glow at a lower intensity than the edges |
