Microsoft Finishes New P2P Software -  Yahoo news is reporting that Microsoft has finished their new P2P software.  I knew of this a little bit before because of their 3 Degrees (Messenger for Gamers and Music Lovers) project that has been out.  Between this P2P push and MS work o­n the new IPv6 standard we may see some very nice Gaming Data Pipes soon. Judge Rules P2P Software Legal - A HUGE decision has been recently made by a judge.  C|Net reports that a judge has given P2P fans a big victory.  I agree with the judge o­n this o­ne.  The software and idea shouldn't be punished for things people do with it. PIII Outperforms P4 In 3DMark - This o­ne will be very hard for Futuremark to explain to everyone.  In a help to our position o­n Sythentic Benches we found an article that pits a PIII-350 (had o­ne) with a P4 using 3Dmark03.  The results of this may surprise you!
