Well The recent release of HL2 deathmatch has only fueled my desire to get the game, and I will be getting it tomorrow once I wake up (around 11:00 am). I'll also be doing some christmas shopping, hopefully by that time the lines will be gone (or really close to it). Ive been doing some drawing lately and then scanning the imgs into my pc, while this method is working well for the moment, I definately want to get a drawing tablet. I was wondering if any of you people out there in internet-land can suggest a quality tablet for a student on a limited budget.
Tonight is my early birthday party, I'm taking my cuz up to detroit for the Night 89x Stole Christmas 7. And I'm hoping that I'll be awake enough to drive home at 3 in the morning. I'm defiantely excied about this, it is my first concert ever, and I'm right up front. To quote a friend who had seats similar to mine, "your soo close you could see the panty lines on Avril Lavigne" (I dont think I have that name spelled right). Too bad shes not going to be at the concert tho...
Oh well TIME FOR THE NEWS! |

Have fun and have a safe trip home |

Ha ha, I'm old enough to get it...ahh, those were the days...
Raven, I use a Wacom 6x8 Intuos2 which I couldn't live without; I think it cost me about $200 a few years back. Wacom offers a line of less-expensive tablets; you might want to look at their Graphire tablet for around $100. Once you get used to using a tablet for art-related computer stuff, you'll wonder how you managed to do things with a mouse. |
