Too funny. For those of you who don't know what that's about, that's Lil Jon, an Atlanta (where I'm from) rapper who made it quite big, and CliffyB, lead designer for Epic Games. It was posted over at his blog, and I was really excited to see it, as I got the chance to see Lil Jon a few times before he made it big. I went to two shows he was at, and he was hanging out with Pastor Troy when they did a pep rally at my school in Decatur. w00t! |

I checked out Lil John and the Ying Yang Twins when they came to WV. It was a pretty good show. |

Yeah, believe it or not, I've actually got some really old mix tapes of him free styling with Pastor Troy, somewhere in my dorm room... I've also got some old stuff with Souljah Slim, stuff like that. Man, I miss going to school in the ghetto.
Some day, listen to the song p***y poppin, by Pastor Troy, and listen to hear him say "Jazzy T's" when he's talkin about the strip clubs from his area. Then, look up the address for the club on the 'net, and the address for Columbia High School. You'll find that my school was just down the street

hey I got an idea, im gonna make it big by waring lots of expensive jewelry, making senseless music that objectifies women half of the time and only say one or two lines in my songs. Thats absolutely genious!

Too each their own. But the whole losing respect for Cliffy B is a little silly. It is not like he is putting Lil Jon in Unreal. We all know Cliffy likes the limelight and even you have to admit Crunk is the "it" thang in rap so it makes perfect sense to me. Don't take it hard I am sure he listens to a broad array of artists just like myself. |

So, it's not your style. Why does that cause you to lose all respect for the main man behind Unreal? Honestly, he has done so much for the gaming industry as a whole, and you lose respect for him because he mooches with a guy who's popular in the media? |

Anyway, well, I have to say, I don't think LJ should be as big as he is - I'd prefer to see Pastor Troy or the 404 Soldierz or someone like that make it before Lil Jon would... but, that's not what the suburban white kids want. I mean... uh, the target demographics.... right.
