They have announced the finalists for the tools category of the Make Something Unreal Contest phase one. The finalists are (in no particular order): UnCodeX , VasSaveToServer , JaFO's Botmanager , GFE for UT2003 , UT2K3Bench , WOTgreal , Maps Converter(CTF) , JamLander - UnrealEd exporter for 3dsmax , Umod Wizard , PimpServ , UDG . They also wrote that UT2003 Troopers while an outstanding mod, is not eligible for the contest, so it has been replaced in the list of mod finalists by AirBuccaneers . I have said it before and IŽll say it again, the Unreal community is awesome and the stuff people do is just amazing (well I might have said it differently but this was a new version lol). |

well, they had some trouble with Lucasarts but I wa at their IRC channel and said that to someone who asked and then I got a reply "well not exactly... just wait and see  " from one of the dev team |
