HomeLan Fed have a revealing preview of UT2004:
Voice support is a big new thing in UT 2004. You will be able to talk to your fellow human players via a microphone in the game as well as give orders to bot teammates as well. The coolest voice feature is the chat synthesizer. In the game when you type in a chat sentence the game will generate one of those robot like artificial voices that says (more or less) what you typed. It’s quite fun just to listen to it. There is also support for UT TV, which will set up a proxy server to broadcast UT 2004 games to people who want to check it out.
