Im not all that knowledgable about this so someone correct me if need be. As far as I know FAT 16, FAT 32, and NTFS are file systems used by operating systems. It has to do with how computers organize information on your hard drive I believe. Either way FAT 16 and FAT 32 were used in Win95, 98 and ME. XP started using NTFS a newer type of file system that organizes packets differently. As far as the advantages and disadvantages between them, I dont know a whole lot. I do know that each successor allowed for larger partitions (in other words allowed larger hard drives to exist without the need to creat partitions or virtual mini hard drives) on Hard Drives but other than that I dont know a whole lot.
(Basically, I was saying I dont use Windows 98 anymore cause I have a brand spanking new computer. I now use Windows XP Pro.  ) |

ah yeah, i already thought you ment teh hard disk thing, tho i dont know anythign about it... i have heared stuff about it yeah..
o wait!!@ i just got the joke, FAT in the FAT 16 and FAT 32 way.. (FAT exist to, witout a number)
