I'm with you that -dp-
It is absolutly incredible how tight it feels, like the old UT, but still has all the
beautiful new looks of 2K3.
All of the weapons got that good old familiar feel to them without feeling heavy and weighed down.
I saw no slowdowns in any of the maps so far, like a constant 100FPS feels.
Even the music is rockin' once again!
I am so glad I preordered the DVD version! |

I'll be joining you in 1 hour 8 minutes.... I was 70% downloaded, then FireFox crashed and I had to start again!!!!! Normally it would've started where it left off but I guess it didn't because it couldn't connect to where I originally started downloading from because of the massive web traffic. |

Funny you mention this. This is what a lot of players, including myself, have said about 2K3 compared to the original UT. UT had soul whereas it seemed as though 2K3 did not. |

for me UT and 2k4 are on almost the exact same level. UT is a short distance above 2k4 only because it was the first UT. Once the full version is released i'm sure you'll aggree with me. |

I already do agree with you Raven.
I firmly believe that the soul has finally been put back into the game.
EB Games has/had a pre-order DVD version with a "U" car emblem and
headset for only $39, and I ordered mine last week.
I am very glad I did. |
