According to Yahoo, a Japanese company unveiled this huge robot to help with scavenging and search and rescue in major disasters.

The same company said they wanted to have a commercial version of this robot available by the end of this year. Nicknamed "Rescue Dragon" This five ton behemoth is equipped with arms that can stretch to 33 feet (10 meters) apart, and can lift over 1100 pounds (500 kilograms)! |
