In what seems to be a tit-for-tat today with Tycho, I now have details on the previously mentioned Real Time Rendering program. Called Gelato, Nvidia has announced it as being available for RedHat and coming soon to WinXP. The program requires a Quadro FX card like the one I mentioned earlier... but if you're planning on opening up an independent film studio specializing in CGI movies... well, this is for you. |
