BioWare is known to be one of the best ,if not the best, North American role playing game developers. Their title Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic , arguably the best Star Wars video game to date, was awarded the Best Game title at Gphoria. They are also known for their work on the Murder, Death, Kill (MDK) sequels and Neverwinter Nights.

Most recently and most importantly they have licensed the Unreal Engine 3 to develop a new unnamed franchise in a "timely manner". No word on what genre it will be but my money is on RPG. Mark Rein Vice President of Epic had this to say.

Quote:
"BioWare has made some of the best games of all time and we can't wait to see what amazing things they're going to do with Unreal Engine 3!"

I will keep my eye out for any new information about BioWare's 3rd new intellectual property. In the meantime head on over the BioWare's official site for all the details.

Yup I forgot the North part. Late night posting leads to errors. You should have posted about the Quake 4/Half Life 2 post where I had the title posted twice. :p That is why I clean up in the morning.

But BioWare did create the MDK series. See below.

Thanx for the help Claw I cleaned up the language a little bit. I knew I should have watched BioWare's episode of Icons on G4TechTV.
