I watched the first two movies in the original Star Wars Trilogy last night. Overall, the picture quality and sound was superb. Almost, like they are modern films. There are some changes from the Special Edition.
One change really kind of urcs me for some reason. Why change Boba Fett's voice to Jango Fett? Now, I have watched all of the new movies several times and I am aware the Boba is Jango's direct clone. But there are several aspects of the old movies that do not correspond to the new ones. So why mess with this one? I know it was easy to change but that is not a reason in itself. For example at the beginning of A New Hope C3P0 has no idea what planet he is one. Hello, you are on Tatooine where you were created. In Empire R2D2 doesn't tell or know who Yoda is before visiting Dagobah. While in the first two new movies they are in contact at least once. How could you not know the great Jedi master Yoda in the Republic days? And if R2 knew Yoda then why fight him for the lamp?
I just think George needs to leave the Star Wars Trilogy alone and quit trying to piece them together perfectly. It isn't going to happen. I will be checking out Return of the Jedi and if they stick in Anakin, from the new movies, in the last scene with Obi 1 on Dagobah I am not going to be very happy. |

I checked out some screenshots before release and they had the new Anakin pasted in that scene in Jedi.

Nope my Xbox is not even in my possesion. Hopefully, my brother will be sending it back to me this week without Trojans. |

Yea I will be renting this one. I have been dying to play a fighting game online. I don't like the new MK moves style so I am going to try out DOAU. Plus will all the jiggling you can't go wrong. |

wait tell you see return of the jedi the ending is totally new....you can tell from the quality of the digital backgorunds plus a new spirit stands next to obi and yoda at the end of the flick !
overall I thought it was great brought back great memories of when I saw these on VHS back in the day.... |

DOA = Dead or Alive and DOAU = Dead or Alive Ultimate for xbox.
