That's right, seems CliffyB is spillin the news to everyone but us here at UnrealOps about what's gonna go on in Unreal Tournament 2004. That's ok, we don't mind, we've got our secret operative and resident Web-"Dude" Tycho out in the field, it's all good (Ok, field=vacation, but bare with me here). Anyway, seems Computer and Video Games has an interview with the man behind it all, CliffyB, with a break down of some of the new features, and some more confirmations as far as vehicles, etc. To quote:
Why are you confining vehicles to Assault and Onslaught modes for the retail release of UT 2004?
Bleszinski: We want to evolve the franchise in the very obvious direction that many other games have gone into of being hybrid experiences - driving, flying, running, jumping shooting, etc... Layering this kind of cool depth on top of the existing UT base really results in some unique fun.
