Greg Coomber from Valve today insisted that Half Life 2 will be released on September 30. This morning at ECTS he said "it'll be tight, but Half-Life 2 is still on for a September 30th ship". They didnīt show anything new at ECTS but Iīm just happy that we donīt get to see to much until itīs released. I hope they make the release date since this is one of the realy interesting titles this year. |

Anytime a developer says "it'll be tight, but we'll have it out on this date" worry.....
Why? cause that means they're cutting out testing time! And what does that mean? more bugs....
Sheesh, take your time guys. |

Yea me to but since itīs been around five years , they should have had some time to do it right! I have to agree though that saying that it will be tight isnīt a good sign

Yeah, we waited 5 years already, whats another month for testing?
After 5 years, the game is expected to be almost perfect
(I am sure it will be, though.... almost) |
