Well a big to Max Z for coming through again for us. This time he has managed to track down the first printed ad of UT2004. Looks pretty slick but not as cool the the Fanboy one we had earlier this week. 
I have to admit that new Xan skin looks pretty damn slick. On a side note, I should know overnight if this video card is working right or not. *crosses fingers* |

Going for the "Camo" look. To compete with all the WW2 and Tactical shooters. I did prefer the other poster that went for the Funky '70s Chick look, but this is fine too.
And the new Xan tribe does look v. cool. |

It's too generic.
A guy with a gun...
A guy in a vehicle...

ooooooh  That tells me a lot.
That tells me this game is like most other game out there right now.

Howabout some flags, and a giant node in there. Maybe the ball could come back. It sure would fill the page more.
And where's the females?
The Ad at least needs a third character...
SOME CONTEXT?
I guess if you are like most UT'ers then you have been reading up on the game anyway, and don't need some advertisement to tell you what the game is about, but for all the rest it is needed.

hell i think that epic should use Tyefangs ad that he did 
that told more about the game than that one did. |
