A rare non-Friday post for me. The Big Two are reporting that Internet magazine The Globe and Mail have an interview with Digital Extremes very own James Schmalz, in light of their recent 10 year anniversary:
Q: It may be impossible to predict, but it's so much fun to try. Let's say it's now the 20th anniversary of DE. Where's the company now?
A: Tough question. From a personal point of view, we're getting to the point where I can start doing games I really wanted to do. I've always loved doing first person shooters in the past, and I think I look forward to doing something different. We've got the success behind us, so in the future I think we can start to do things a little more experimental, a little crazier.
Check out the full interview. |
