HomeLAN has learned that Digitalo, the Florida based developer of this year's Unreal engine based FPS Devastation has officially shut their doors as of last Monday, Nov. 3. According to what an official source at Digitalo told HomeLAN today, sales of Devastation were below expectations and a couple of future planned projects were cancelled. Digitalo had licensed the Unreal Engine to create Devastation. Their official forums will remain open but official support and further game patches will cease. |

That is so sad !!
I really liked what they where trying to do with Devastation and I was looking forward to see what they where going to do next !

Yep... Devastation was a good game, especially since it was released by the publishers before it was finished. The patches wouldn't have been needed if the publishers would have let them finish... Ah, well... Another one bites the dust  |

If it hadnīt been for the bugs, it could have been one of the best games this year, maybe even THE best in my oppinion ! I had alot of fun playing the MP demo even though it had some bugs.
